Standard Delivery

* Postage and packing to a UK addresses is FREE and will be sent to you First Class Royal Mail. Delivery charges to other destinations will be calculated when you submit your order.

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock, delivery within the UK will be in 10 working days, although we endeavour to get the items to you sooner!

Should an item be out of stock you will be notified at the point of order. If there is a further delay you will be notified by email or phone.

If you have not received a delayed delivery notification and your ‘Little Nitwits’ haven’t arrived within 2 weeks, please tell us immediately and we will offer you a refund, or send you another item. Please note, we can’t accept responsibility for goods after this 2 week period.

Quickly Please……..

Orders placed online before noon Monday to Friday may be delivered to a mainland UK address the next working day. Unfortunately we cannot tell you what time the parcel will arrive and we strongly recommend that you give us an office or home address where there is someone in all day.

We use Royal Mail for this service, and the charge is £4.00.

If an attempted delivery is made and there is nobody at the address, a card will be put through the letterbox and it will be your responsibility to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail depot.

We regret that occasionally Royal Mail let us down and fail to make the delivery on the date requested. On the rare occasion when this does happen, please inform us and we will refund your next working day charge but regret we cannot be responsible for any loss caused as a result, including any consequential loss.

A Present, for me...?

If you are treating a little person to this, we will happily put it in a smart grey and white stripe gift box. And we’ll handwrite your ‘sheep shaped’ note too…. This will cost an additional £2 (for a larger box); £1.50 (for a smaller for the hats and mittens) and we’ll pop the invoice in the post to you.
